Who We Are
Waste Tyres to High-Value Products
Raviputra Green Energy Private Limited is a Mumbai-registered energy and materials company specialising in the pyrolysis of end-of-life tyres (ELTs) to produce recovered carbon black (rCB) and valuable energy co-products.
Our continuous pyrolysis process uses thermal catalytic depolymerization with chemical accelerators to crack the long polymer chains in crumb rubber into smaller fractions. The result is a premium, ASTM-compliant rCB product that serves as a direct alternative to virgin carbon black — at a lower cost and a fraction of the environmental impact.
Registered under NIC 2320 (Manufacture of Refined Petroleum Products) with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, we operate with a commitment to quality, compliance, and zero-waste production aligned with India's circular economy mission.
What We Produce
Our Product Portfolio
Every product below is derived from a single continuous pyrolysis cycle on end-of-life tyre (ELT) feedstock — maximising resource recovery and minimising waste at every stage.
Raviputra Recovered Carbon Black (rCB)
Our flagship product, Raviputra rCB is a meticulously engineered material derived from high-quality crumb rubber using thermal catalytic depolymerization. It complies with ASTM D3053 and serves as a commercially accepted alternative to virgin carbon black grades produced from heavy oil feedstock. Following production, our rCB undergoes additional refining at extremely high temperatures to minimise impurities, then a pelletizing process for uniform particle size — facilitating handling, storage, and transportation.
Hi-Green rCB — SS-330RP-330
Replaces N330 HAF grade. Used in tyre treads, carcasses, sidewalls and innerliners. Excellent reinforcing properties — high tensile strength and abrasion resistance.
Hi-Green rCB — SS-550RP-550
Replaces N550 FEF grade. Lower hysteresis, low PAH content. Suitable for industrial rubber goods, belts, hoses, and gaskets. Energy-efficient processing.
Hi-Green rCB — SH-665RP-665
Ideal for pigment carbon black substitution in plastic masterbatches, coatings, films, paints, and injection-moulded parts. REACH & EU 10/2011 compliant.

How It Works
The Raviputra Pyrolysis Process
Our fully continuous, automated pyrolysis process transforms end-of-life tyres into five valuable product streams — with negligible emissions and an energy-surplus output model.
1. ELT Feedstock
Sorted, high-quality end-of-life tyres (ELT) are fed as crumb rubber with chemical accelerators into the continuous reactor
2. Thermal Catalytic Depolymerization
Long polymer chains in rubber are cracked into smaller fractions using a precise blend of heat and chemical catalysts
3. Multi-Stage Separation
Products separate: carbon black, fuel oil vapour, steel wire, and synthesis gas — each recovered in dedicated process streams
4. Refining & Pelletizing
rCB undergoes high-temperature refining to minimise impurities, then pelletizing for uniform particle size and clean handling
5. Packaging & Dispatch
Products packaged in 15kg / 25kg standard bags or super sacks — ready for domestic and international shipment

Environmental Impact
Built for a Circular Economy
Our pyrolysis process is designed to be energy-surplus, emission-minimised, and waste-free — turning a major environmental problem into five streams of economic value.
Zero-Waste ELT Processing
Every tonne of tyres is converted into rCB, oil, steel, syngas, and silicate — nothing is landfilled.
Energy-Surplus Operations
Synthesis gas generated powers our operations — reducing dependence on grid electricity.
CO₂ Emission Reduction
Replacing virgin CB with rCB saves significant CO₂ from upstream fossil fuel processing.
